Maybe you lost a baby or had an abortion and nobody let you grieve, or something happened to your body that you never agreed to.
Perimenopause, menopause, fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, periods that feel like being kicked from the inside. The list of what our wombs carry is endless.
Or you were taught, very young, that this part of you was shameful or only there for other people. You've been disconnected from it ever since.
All of that gets stored in the womb space, along with every belief that came with it. And it bleeds into everything: your sexuality, your creativity, your confidence, your relationships and your ability to receive.
Womb healing gently clears it out and lets your body know it belongs to you again.
What actually happens
You lie down fully clothed and get comfortable, and you're in control the whole way: we only go as deep as you want to go. Using Reiki hand placements above the body, we move into the womb space and start releasing what's been held there.
You might feel warmth or period-like sensations. Or you'll feel very little at the time and wake up the next day feeling way more empowered and ready to take on the world.
What changes
Your sexuality starts to feel like yours again, not something that's there for others to fawn over or use. You feel safer in your own skin. Your creativity switches back on, because your womb is your creative centre, not just your reproductive one. Your intuition gets louder, and your cycle stops feeling like a curse.
And most importantly, you stop apologising for being a woman.
Who it's for
Women on a fertility journey. Women living with womb or hormone-related conditions. Women who've been hurt, or made to feel their body wasn't theirs. Women who feel cut off from their sexuality and want it back. Women who've been in abusive relationships and are ready to reclaim their energy. Women whose creativity hasn't seen daylight since primary school, and who want their sparkle back.
Womb healing works alongside medical care, not instead of it. Keep seeing your GP or specialist for any health concerns.
